For a report to be considered admissible, it must be serious and based on factual information.
Submitting a report is a significant step and may have consequences for the individuals concerned.
For this reason, please carefully consider the accuracy of the facts observed and statements reported, in order to avoid any risk of the report being regarded as defamatory.
Admissibility criteria
To ensure you are fully informed, admissibility will be assessed in particular against the following points:
• Does the report describe a harmful situation?
• Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
• Are the facts reported contrary to the law, regulations, or the code of conduct?
• Is any supporting documentation provided (photo, document, video, etc.)?
• Is the report made in good faith?
• Has the reporting person personally witnessed the facts reported?
To protect confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our collaborators, every report will be subject to a thorough review and a detailed internal audit. The identity of a reporting person acting without personal gain and in good faith will be kept confidential when reporting breaches of our ethical code, criminal acts, or offences of which they have personal knowledge.
Personal data / Data protection
All reports are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act as amended at the time of processing, CNIL guidance, and Decree No. 2017-564 of 19 April 2017 on procedures for collecting reports from whistleblowers.
As part of this reporting procedure, please note that any identified person has the right to access personal data relating to them and to request, where such data are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, that they be corrected or deleted by contacting the Data Protection Officer .
